Returns for products purchased from our store are always possible as long as the product is returned as new and unused in the packaging provided by our company. Return requests are accepted if made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The customer can choose whether to ship independently, thus bearing the shipping costs, or request a prepaid shipping label. In the latter case, the refunded amount will be reduced by €8.90.
The refunded amount does not include outbound shipping costs.
