It has a universal 1/2" shank. The S 522 AF Flexible for Metal sabre saw blade is designed for use with compact saws. The very fine tooth pitch and the wave design enable effortless and smooth cuts in thin material. In addition, the BIM (bimetallic) blade is designed for a long life when cutting sheet steel of normal strength. With a very fine tooth pitch (1 mm), the sabre saw blade cuts medium-sized sheet steel of thicknesses between 0.7 and 3 mm. The short blade length (100 mm) allows a cutting capacity of up to 50 mm, making it ideal for use with cordless compact saws.
