The SDS max RTec Sharp flat chisel is ideal for concrete applications, allowing less jamming and more feed than standard flat chisels. The self-sharpening ribs cut into the material, not only lateral but also vertical. This allows for a higher material removal rate and prevents the chisel from jamming. The chisel is intended for use in concrete and brick, for example for mortising, demolition and adjustment work as well as for re-joining and exposing reinforcement. The patented RTec element allows for a higher material removal rate than standard flat chisels. It is compatible with SDS max shank systems.
